На виробництво потрібен був частотник на 37 кВт для важкої лінії, де надійність критична. Вибрали Bosch Rexroth EFC 5610. Цей перетворювач — справжня німецька якість. Сподобалось, що тут є векторне керування, це дає дуже точний контроль над двигуном, особливо на низьких обертах. Вбудований гальмівний модуль зекономив час на монтажі, не довелось окремо докуповувати. ПІД-регулятор теж виявився дуже доречним для підтримки стабільних параметрів процесу. По зв'язку — Modbus RTU без проблем підключили до нашої системи. Важливо, що має ЕМС-фільтр, не створює зайвих перешкод. Працює він у нас вже кілька місяців, навантаження тримає стабільно, без збоїв. Навіть при запуску відчувається запас міцності. Звісно, Bosch Rexroth це не найдешевший варіант, але за таку надійність і функціонал ціна виправдана.
