30 kW VFD: what we ship it for
30 kW units we ship for 30 kW 380 V motors with nominal current around 60 A. Typical customer this year: screw compressors 4-5 m³/min. Village water supply, booster stations. Supply/exhaust units for production shops. Conveyors over 30 meters long. Crushers, shredders. On 22 kW these jobs do not hold: a compressor with 150-180 A inrush exceeds the IGBT limit, the drive trips on OC within 0.5 seconds.
From the grid: 3-phase 380 V always (exceptions at 660 V like INVT GD350-030G-6 for industrial sites with special supply, but rare). Rated draw 60 A, breaker 80 A C-curve, cable 16 mm² copper up to 30 m, recalc beyond that. Veichi AC70-T3-030G/037P per datasheet holds 150% for 60 s (G mode) and has P mode for pump jobs with 110% overload. INVT GD200A-030G/037P gives the same: G/P switched from the keypad, not from the cabinet.

From daily stock: Veichi AC70-T3-030G/037P (mid-tier, in Kyiv monthly, our main product in this band). INVT GD200A-030G/037P (European feature equivalent, sensorless vector). Schneider ATV630 and ATV930 when the customer wants Europe and accepts 7-14 days. Delta VFD300C43E, Mitsubishi FR-F840-00620-E2-60: ship to order from Taiwan and Japan warehouses. ABB ACS880-01-061A-3 we ship only when the site is already on ABB. Veichi SI23-D5-030G-A (solarized, MPPT 200-820 V) we ship for 30 kW solar pump stations without batteries.
Before paying we ask. First: load type G or P? Crusher, compressor, shock-load conveyor (G); pump or fan (P). This decides whether we ship 30 kW in G mode or 22 kW in P. Second: braking resistor. For a 30 kW centrifuge the BR draws 7-10 kW, mandatory question. Third: cable length to motor. Over 30 m a du/dt output filter is needed; over 100 m a sine filter. Fourth: IP rating. Base drive is IP20; for dusty production we ship in a separate IP54 cabinet. 2-year warranty, 1-3 day delivery from our Kyiv warehouse.
