Встановили цей частотник Mitsubishi FR-A на наш екструдер. Потужність 18.5 кВт для двигуна підійшла якраз. Дуже сподобалось, що тут векторне керування справді працює відмінно, швидкість тримає мертво. Нам був потрібен ПІД-регулятор для стабілізації процесу, і він тут є, функціонує чітко. Важливо, що є вбудований ПЛК, ми частину логіки туди перенесли, щоб не перевантажувати основний контролер. З конективністю теж без сюрпризів, до нашого Siemens контролера підключили по RS485 швидко. Mitsubishi тримає марку, цей ПЧ досить надійний, за півроку роботи жодних нарікань. Це, звісно, не найбюджетніший варіант на ринку, але коли потрібна стабільність і ресурс, то такі речі окупаються.
