Поставили цей Siemens MicroMaster 440 на головний конвеєр в цеху. Потужність 30 кВт, працює від трифазної мережі 380 В як треба. Старий частотник вже відпрацював своє, тож шукали щось надійне. Цей ПЧ має вбудований ЕМС-фільтр, що добре для нашої мережі. Функція ПІД-регулятора виручає для підтримки стабільної швидкості при змінному навантаженні. По суті, отримали ту саму надійність, що й раніше від Siemens, без зайвих головняків. Налаштували векторне керування, движок тепер працює дуже плавно, без ривків, навіть при пуску з великою інерцією.
