На виробництво шукали потужний частотник на 45 кВт для екструдера. Зупинились на Lenze 8200 Vector. Враження суто позитивні. Тут і векторне керування є, і ПІД-регулятор, що для нас критично – дуже точна підтримка обертів двигуна. Пуски та зупинки стали набагато плавнішими, це реально подовжує життя механіці. Та й вбудований ЕМС-фільтр — це приємний бонус, бо з нашими старими частотниками були нюанси по мережі. Lenze завжди тримає марку, тут стабільність відчувається.
