Delta PMU DC-UPS — DC uninterruptible power supply
The Delta PMU series consists of DC-UPS modules with a battery-charging function. Unlike an ordinary power supply, PMU combines a switch-mode source with a backup-battery controller: when mains fails, the 24 V load is powered seamlessly from the connected battery, and when mains returns the battery is recharged automatically.
The PMU-13V155W (12 V system) and PMU-27V155W (24 V system) models deliver 155 W, output current up to 9.5/4.0 A and a 1.5 A charge current. PMU is used wherever even a brief loss of power to controllers, HMIs, communication equipment or emergency circuits is unacceptable.
