Впроваджували робота KUKA KR 360 на виробництво для автоматизації одного з етапів. Основне завдання було прискорити процес і зменшити людський фактор. Ця модель з 6-ма осями добре справляється, гнучка в програмуванні. Важливий момент – вага всього 53кг, це спростило монтаж. З монтажем на підлогу не було проблем, але й варіант зі стелею теж розглядали. KUKA є KUKA, це надійне обладнання, яке відпрацьовує свою ціну з часом.

Давно придивлялися до KUKA для нової лінії. Цей KR 360 взяли на пакування невеликих деталей. 6 осей, шарнірний, для таких задач підходить ідеально. Порадувала точність – повторюваність ±0.03мм, це критично для нас. З вантажопідйомністю 10кг справляється без проблем, максимальний виліт 1101мм теж достатньо. Встановлювали на підлогу, але можливість кріплення на стелю дає гнучкість для майбутніх проектів. Налаштування пройшло без особливих сюрпризів, документація зрозуміла
