Our Practical Experience with GD350

Our automation engineers frequently commission the GD350 for steel wire winding lines. Getting closed-loop control right hinges on the precise setup of the parameters in group P20 (encoder constants) and group P21 (positioning loops). Running the initial rotor angle self-tuning parameter (P20.11) when commissioning permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) with encoders prevents reverse startup rotation issues and streamlines physical onsite commissioning.
