Deye series: what we pick for what

The lineup splits by grid type and power. SG05LP1 (single-phase 220 V, 5-8 kW): our most-shipped segment for private houses with 48 V lithium battery. SG04LP3 (three-phase 380 V, 5-12 kW): for houses with three-phase service, also 48 V battery. SG05LP3-SM2 (three-phase, 14-20 kW): for estates and small businesses. SG01HP3-BM3/BM4 (three-phase with 500 V high-voltage battery, 30-50 kW): for production sites and farms. What we ask before placing the Deye order. First: what battery is already installed or planned. If Pylontech, Hubble, Felicity, Deye plays nicely with them via CAN. If it is a custom pack with BMS, ask us, because protocols can be non-standard. Second: grid type. Single-phase or three-phase. The most popular model is the Deye SUN-6K-SG05LP1-EU (6 kW, single-phase): the optimal balance of power and price for a typical residential home. For three-phase grids, the most common choices are the SUN-12K or SUN-8K three-phase.

All single-phase Deye models operate with battery voltage of 40-60 V (nominal 48 V), while three-phase HP3 series support high-voltage batteries at 160-800 V.
