Danfoss iC2-Micro Frequency Converters — Compact Drives for Motors, Pumps and Fans
Danfoss iC2-Micro is a general-purpose frequency converter series for controlling the speed and torque of asynchronous and synchronous motors. The drives are suitable for standard pumps, fans, conveyors, machine tools and other equipment.
The catalogue lists 14 models from 0.75 to 22 kW. Versions are available for single-phase 1×220 V and three-phase 3×380 V supplies. Accurate selection requires more than motor power: check rated current, voltage, load type and starting conditions.
How to choose a Danfoss iC2-Micro frequency converter
Check the motor nameplate and the electrical supply before ordering:
- Supply: 1×220 V or 3×380 V according to the selected model.
- Power and current: the converter rated current must match or exceed the motor current.
- Load type: pumps and fans have different torque requirements from conveyors or mechanisms with heavy starting loads.
- Control: keypad, digital inputs, 0–10 V or 4–20 mA analogue signal.
- Installation: catalogue models use IP20 enclosures, so the cabinet or enclosure must provide the required protection.
| Model | Power and supply | Typical task |
| Danfoss 132L6111 | 0.75 kW, 1×220 V | Small pump or fan |
| Danfoss 132L6129 | 0.75 kW, 3×380 V | Small three-phase motor |
| Danfoss 132L6115 | 2.2 kW, 1×220 V | Drive from a single-phase supply |
| Danfoss 132L6135 | 7.5 kW, 3×380 V | Industrial pump or conveyor |
| Danfoss 132L6139 | 22 kW, 3×380 V | High-power industrial mechanism |

Danfoss iC2-Micro frequency converter manufacturer
iC2-Micro is a Danfoss series designed as a modern compact alternative to the VLT Micro Drive FC 51. The converters include a built-in control panel, locked motor detection, open-loop torque control and support for Danfoss MyDrive Suite tools.
Danfoss iC2-Micro frequency converters by specifications
The series includes 0.75, 1.5, 2.2, 3, 4, 5.5, 7.5, 11, 15, 18.5 and 22 kW models. The 1×220 V range is available up to 2.2 kW, while 3×380 V versions cover the range up to 22 kW.
For a pump or fan, select the converter by motor rated current and verify sensor, analogue signal and automation requirements. For conveyors and mechanisms with heavy starting loads, also assess starting torque, overload and braking requirements.
Warranty and support
An engineer can check converter compatibility with the motor, supply and mechanism. Delivery across Ukraine, selection advice and basic commissioning support are available. Warranty terms are 24 months according to the catalogue information.
