ENEXT e.f-drive.stand 2.2 kW, three-phase 3×380 V input is the three-phase version of the same frame size for an automation cabinet on industrial mains. It suits pumps, fans and small conveyors with a 2.2 kW three-phase motor.
Control is scalar V/F or sensorless vector (SVC), with an output frequency range of 0–999.9 Hz (for standard induction motors the practical setting is around 400 Hz). The manufacturer states 150% overload for 1 min and 180% for 5 s. The built-in PID holds pressure or flow without a separate controller, and RS485 Modbus RTU links the drive into a PLC/SCADA. The enclosure is IP20.
Confirm braking and the EMC filter by version. If you need a wider range or a water-utility reputation, look at Veichi AC310.
ENEXT e.f-drive.stand — entry-level VFD 0.7–5.5 kW with single- and three-phase input
e.f-drive.stand is the entry-level frequency-inverter line from the Ukrainian brand E.NEXT, sitting below e.f-drive.pro. These are compact drives from 0.7 to 5.5 kW for simple everyday jobs — pump, fan, conveyor, small production equipment. The series' main advantage over PRO is that it includes single-phase 1×220 V models (3×220 V output to the motor), so it is used where the site has no three-phase mains: a borehole, a workshop, a small boiler room. It is convenient for installers who already build their switchgear from E.NEXT and want one supplier with a dealer network across Ukraine.
How stand differs from PRO
By control type the two series are close — both offer scalar V/F and sensorless vector control (SVC, no feedback). The difference is mostly in positioning and packaging: stand is an affordable drive for typical V/F duties and pumps, with a compact I/O set, while PRO targets a wider power range (up to 220 kW) and more demanding industrial use. If you need only 3×380 V above 5.5 kW, that is already PRO territory.
What the series can do
- Supply: single-phase 1×220 V (3×220 V output to the motor) and three-phase 3×380 V, depending on the part number.
- Control: scalar V/F + sensorless vector (SVC). The output frequency range is 0–999.9 Hz (for standard induction motors the practical setting is around 400 Hz).
- Overload: the manufacturer states 110% continuous, 150% for 1 min and 180% for 5 s.
- Pump functions: built-in PID controller, minimum/maximum pressure control, empty-pipe filling, additional-pump connection — handy for water supply without a separate controller.
- Communication: built-in RS485 with Modbus RTU — direct link to a PLC or SCADA.
- I/O: 5 digital inputs, 1 analog input (0…10 V / 0…20 mA), an open-collector output, a relay output and an analog output.
- Enclosure: IP20 — cabinet-mount design.
- Standards: compliant with EN 61800-3 and EN 61800-5-1.
Braking and EMC — confirm by version
According to dealers, on these frame sizes the manufacturer states a built-in braking unit (chopper); the braking resistor is sized separately in any case to match the stopping dynamics. For the EMC filter on the stand line the data is inconsistent: individual part-number pages do not list a built-in filter, so plan an external filter for EMC compliance and confirm the part number when ordering. It is better to verify both points with us before buying than to assume them from a picture.
Typical applications
- Pumps and water supply: the built-in PID holds pressure, with dry-run protection via pressure monitoring — single-phase models go on borehole and surface pumps without 380 V.
- HVAC ventilation: soft start and fan speed control.
- Conveyors and simple production equipment: V/F control with moderate overload for a typical start.
How it compares with our core series
| Parameter | ENEXT FDRIVE STAND | Veichi AC10 | Veichi AC310 |
|---|
| Supply | 1×220 / 3×380 V | 1×220 / 3×380 V | 3×380 V |
| Range | 0.7–5.5 kW | compact jobs | wider, water-utility focus |
| Control | V/F + SVC | V/F + SVC | SVC + V/F |
| Modbus RTU | yes | yes | yes |
Honestly, in class and feature set stand is close to Veichi AC10 in the same range — both have a single-phase supply and suit simple pump and ventilation jobs. We fit AC10 more often thanks to its proven support and documentation; ENEXT stand is a sensible choice when a single E.NEXT switchgear ecosystem matters. If the job is above 5.5 kW or 3×380 only, see FDRIVE PRO or AC310.
When stand is NOT the right fit
- Power above 5.5 kW — the series ends there, take PRO or AC310.
- Closed-loop vector with an encoder for high-precision positioning — not the series profile (this is open-loop SVC).
- If a confirmed industrial fieldbus (Profibus/EtherCAT) is critical — it is not available here, only Modbus RTU over RS485.
Our experience
e.f-drive.stand sees steady demand from E.NEXT installers, most often the single-phase models on borehole pumps. Before ordering we always confirm the mains type (1-phase or 3-phase), the motor power and whether a braking resistor is needed. If you are torn between stand and our Veichi series, we will advise for your task.
