Купили цей сервопривід Delta ASDA-A2 на 11 кВт, щоб замінити старий на фрезерному верстаті. Рішення було оновити систему, бо стара вже не витягувала по точності та швидкості. Вибрали Дельту, бо це хороший варіант по ціні/якості, ну і серія ASDA-A2 перевірена. Що можу сказати. Верстат тепер зовсім інакше працює! 20-бітний енкодер дає таку точність, що я навіть не очікував. Реально відчувається, що люфтів по вісям стало значно менше. Підключили по EtherCAT, з налаштуванням через ASDASoft розібрались швидко. Потужності в 11кВт з головою вистачає для наших задач. Мотор ECMA-L1221В_3 на 1500 об/хв крутить як треба. З ним верстат просто літає. Здається, тепер можемо брати більш складні замовлення з високими вимогами до якості обробки. В цілому, дуже задоволений)
