нарешті замінили старий привід на нашому розкрійному станку. поставили цей серво Delta ASDA-A2 на 11кВт. сам не шарю, але електрик сказав, що встановив його без проблем) головне, що тепер верстат працює набагато тихіше і швидкість тримає чітко. зникли всі ці вібрації. ну, і навантаження на мережу при пуску менше, це одразу помітно. норм привід.

Брав цей Delta ASDA-A2 на 11 кВт для апгрейду фрезера. Що сказати, 20-бітний енкодер – це відчутна точність, особливо на складних контурах. Двигун ECMA-F1221В_3 з ним працює дуже плавно, без ривків, навіть на 1500 об/хв. З ASDASoft розібрався швидко, конфігурація через RS-485 без проблем. Delta знову підтвердила свою репутацію гарного рішення, за свою ціну просто супер. Верстат тепер зовсім інакше працює.
