Для нового фрезера на виробництві взяли цей сервопривід Delta ASD-A2-1023-E. Модель на 1 кВт. Що скажу, привід реально класний. Раніше з якимись нонеймами мучились, а тут все з коробки працює як треба. Дуже сподобалась 20-бітна роздільна здатність енкодера – точність позиціонування просто дуже висока, для наших дрібних деталей те що треба. По підключенню ніяких танців з бубном. Є RS-232, RS-485, і головне – EtherCAT. Для інтеграції в нашу систему на ПЛК це топ. Вбудований резистор, до речі, теж великий плюс, не треба було щось окремо колхозити. Софт ASDASoft зрозумілий, швидко все настроїв, автотюнінг спрацював ідеально. 8 дискретних входів і 5 виходів – цілком вистачило для всієї нашої логіки з кінцевиками. Потужність 1.0 кВт, живлення 3-ф/220В, видає до 3000 об/хв на мотор. Розміри 180+70х65х173 мм дозволили без проблем вписати його в існуючу шафу. Ціна/якість – дуже достойний варіант від Delta Electronics. Задоволений)
