Купив цей сервак ASDA-A2 на 11 кВт, замість старого. Дельта як завжди робить добре обладнання. Потужності хватає з головою. З ASDASoft розібрався, налаштування норм. Приємно, що енкодер 20 біт, це дає дуже плавний хід, без ривків на великих подачах. Верстат тепер реально швидший, намотувальні операції ідуть набагато краще. Для своєї ціни – конкурентів мало) Обладнання відпрацьовує кожну гривню.

Взяли цей сервопривід Delta ASDA-A2 (11 кВт) для апгрейду фрезерного ЧПУ. 20-бітний енкодер – це саме те, що треба для високої точності. По живленню 3-фази 220В, як і планували. Величезний плюс – вбудований гальмівний резистор, економить місце і час на монтаж. Через ASDASoft налаштували швидко, PID відпрацьовує як годинник. З протоколами RS-485 інтеграція пройшла гладко. Входів/виходів (8DI/5DO) достатньо для розширення функціоналу. Дуже задоволений роботою серво, моторчик на 1500 об/хв тепер працює як треба.
