Veichi SI30 is our workhorse series for residential and small-farm wells from 0.7 to 11 kW. A typical customer of ours this year: a private home with a 1.5 kW pump in a 60 m well takes the SI30-SS2-1R5G-R (our bestseller from actual sales over the year) plus 6-8 panels of 550 W each. Mornings and afternoons the pump runs on solar only; in the evening it tops up from the 220 V grid. If you have three-phase 380 V we ship the SI30-D5 line. If the pump is 37 kW or larger, SI30 is not the answer, we switch to SI23.

Three sub-series for different supply types. SI30-SS2 (1-phase 220 V input, MPPT 150-450 V): country house, homestead, residential well 0.7-2.2 kW. SI30-D3 (3-phase 220 V input, same MPPT 150-450): rural sites running on legacy grid. SI30-D5 (3-phase 380 V, MPPT 300-850 V): the standard for farms and small municipal stations 5.5-11 kW.

What we ask before the SI30 order: pump, grid, panels

One: actual pump power, and is it single-phase 220 V or three-phase 380 V. SI30-SS2 inverts 1-phase 220 into 3-phase 220 for a three-wire pump (a rare case), while SI30-D5 takes 3-phase 380 in and outputs 3-phase 380. Two: well depth and flow rate. For 60 m and 2-4 m³/h, 1.5 kW is enough. For 100-120 m and 8-10 m³/h we go to 4-5.5 kW (SI30-D5-5R5G-R). Three: panel array. SI30-SS2 MPPT holds 150-450 VDC, that is 6-12 panels in series (depends on Voc). SI30-D5 goes up to 800 V, so 16-22 panels in one string.
