Industrial PLCs — Programmable Logic Controllers for Automation

A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is the core of any industrial automation system. Controllers manage production processes from simple switching tasks to complex PID control algorithms, positioning, and data exchange. Our catalog features 378 PLC models from leading manufacturers — Delta Electronics, Mitsubishi Electric, Siemens, and Schneider Electric. CPU modules and I/O expansion modules available.

How to Choose a PLC

When selecting a controller, consider the number of I/O points, output type (transistor or relay), analog input availability, communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, CANopen), and programming environment. For integration with variable frequency drives and HMI panels, choose PLCs with the appropriate communication ports.

PLCs by Specifications

Select a controller by key parameters: expansion modules for additional I/O, analog input modules for thermocouples and pressure sensors, communication modules for network integration. PLCs work in conjunction with industrial sensors and servo drives for precise control.

Warranty and Support

Manufacturer warranty on all controllers. Consultation on PLC and expansion module selection. Assistance with programming and commissioning. Delivery across Ukraine: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, and other cities. Payment: bank transfer, online payment, cash on delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Delta PLC series to choose for my project?

DVP-SS — basic tasks with a small I/O count (up to 32 points). DVP-SA — extended functions with analog inputs and PID control. DVP-SX — high-speed positioning with pulse outputs up to 200 kHz. DVP-SV — modular platform for complex projects with large I/O counts. For most pump and ventilation automation tasks, the SS or SA series is sufficient.

What is the difference between transistor and relay PLC outputs?

Transistor outputs (NPN/PNP) work only with 24V DC, offer high switching speed (microseconds) and long lifespan. Ideal for controlling VFDs and servo drives. Relay outputs switch both DC and AC (up to 2A / 250V), suitable for controlling contactors, valves, and lighting.

Can I connect a PLC to an HMI panel?

Yes, all PLCs in our catalog support HMI panel communication. Delta DVP connects to Kinco and Delta DOP panels via RS-485 or Ethernet. Mitsubishi FX5U works with GOT panels via built-in Ethernet. Siemens S7-1200 integrates with Siemens KTP Basic panels via PROFINET. Modbus RTU protocol is supported by all manufacturers.

How many expansion modules can be added to a Delta PLC?

The number depends on the CPU module series: DVP-SS supports up to 4 expansion modules (max 256 I/O). DVP-SA/SX — up to 8 modules (up to 480 I/O). DVP-SV — up to 14 modules (up to 512 I/O). Expansion modules include discrete I/O, analog inputs/outputs, thermocouple modules, and communication adapters.

Which PLC to choose for pump station control?

For a pump station with 2–4 pumps, we recommend Delta DVP14SS211R (relay outputs for contactors) or DVP20SX211T (transistor outputs for VFDs). Need analog inputs for pressure sensors — add DVP04AD-S module. For simple timer-based tasks, Schneider Zelio Logic SR2B201FU is sufficient.
