Danfoss and Vacon – a successful partnership
The recent merger of companies, which has become a global event, impresses everyone with its scale - the deal budget exceeded one billion euros.
As a result of this agreement, the electrical company Vacon no longer operates separately. It is now part of Danfoss A/S, as the Danish company acquired ninety-six percent of its shares, which also corresponds to the number of votes in the board of directors.

According to him, the integration of efforts from both companies involved in the production of frequency converters will benefit all market participants.
