Mean Well power supplies are switching DC sources for automation cabinets, PLCs, sensors, relays and LED lighting. The catalogue covers six series spanning both compact DIN-rail mounting and enclosed cases for higher power. Every series has a universal 85-264 V input, overload, short-circuit and over-temperature protection, and 5, 12, 24, 36 and 48 V rails.
- LRS — enclosed budget form factor, 50-350 W, up to 91% efficiency, convection cooling (LRS-350 and up add a fan). The everyday workhorse for most cabinets.
- HDR — ultra-slim DIN-rail units, 15-100 W, from 17.5 mm wide, -30…+70 °C range. For panels where space is tight.
- MDR — compact DIN-rail units, 20-100 W, including a 5 V version; MDR-100 adds active PFC. A baseline choice for sensors and relays.
- DR — classic DIN-rail units, 15-120 W, a proven working standard for PLCs and control nodes.
- NDR — high-power DIN-rail units, 75-480 W, up to 92.5% efficiency, with PFC from 240 W up. For loaded cabinets with many consumers.
- RSP — enclosed high-power units with active PFC, 500 W (12/24/48 V), for drives and energy-hungry nodes.
