As part of this service, we propose to determine a number of planned activities for the maintenance of equipment and databases of the system, as well as the amount of unscheduled improvements to the system for the needs of your staff, included in the scope
service contract:

  • - Audit the existing automated process control system to identify shortcomings, malfunctions, availability of the necessary set of technical, software and operational documentation
  • - Perform work based on the results of the audit, related to the design, coordination and approval of all necessary technical, program and operational documentation;
  • - Develop instructions for the actions of personnel in the event of an emergency situation with electrical equipment,
  • as well as instructions for maintenance (TO) and current repair (TR)
  • - Carrying out maintenance work in accordance with the flow charts developed on the basis of the maintenance instructions
  • - Carry out the development and implementation of a system for accounting for the time between failures of individual components and mechanisms of the existing automated process control system, as well as process equipment
  • - Development of all necessary reporting documentation for the work performed and replaced equipment
  • - Conduct an analysis of emerging failures in the operation of APCS equipment with the subsequent issuance of recommendations for their elimination or troubleshooting on their own
  • - Conduct ongoing consultations with maintenance personnel on issues related to emerging failures in the operation of electrical equipment of the process control system
  • - Together with the Customer and the manufacturer, produce the recommended set of spare parts and accessories at the customer's premises or at the warehouse of Profdrive Ukraine LLC
  • - In the event of an emergency, as soon as possible, organize the departure of technical specialists, the delivery of equipment and repairs (with the provision of guarantees for the work performed and the supplied equipment)
  • - Conduct tests of electrical equipment, eliminate deviations in the operation of electrical equipment identified as a result of tests
  • - Carry out a full range of maintenance work on the existing APCS system, both in the software part and in the "field" part; Instrumentation
