How to Select the Right ATS01
When choosing an ATS01 soft starter, consider the following parameters:
- Motor rated current — select a model with a rated current equal to or exceeding your motor current. For example, a 5.5 kW motor (400 V) pairs well with the ATS01N212QN rated at 12 A.
- Supply voltage — FT-suffix models operate across 110–480 V, QN-suffix models are rated for 380–415 V.
- Phase count — N1xx series models are for single-phase supply, N2xx series for three-phase.
- Starting conditions — for heavy-duty starts (compressors, crushers), consider the ATS22 or ATS48 series with advanced features.
