Design and installation of heating points
At its core, any TP – this is an automated modular installation designed to transfer thermal energy from external heating networks to all internal networks - a ventilation, heating or water supply system for premises, both residential and industrial.
The heating point, as an extensive complex of equipment, consists of the most complex automation schemes, pumps, various temperature control equipment, etc. That is why only highly qualified specialists in this field should be engaged in the work on the TP device. In In Karelia, such specialists can be found at the Geotargeting company.
Types of heat points
TPs are subdivided into:
- central (CTP)
- individual (ITP)
- modular or block (BTP)
Central TP
The CHP serves two or more buildings, supplying them with heat during the heating season and cold and hot water all year round.
The central heating stations are manufactured in a modular design, so they require minimal work at the installation site. As a rule, such work is a connection to existing networks and commissioning.
The CTP includes the following elements: instrumentation and automation devices, water metering and heating units, heating, fire-fighting and household circulation pumps, various heat exchangers (multi-pass, plate, sectional, block type).
Individual TP
ITPs are large, designed for large buildings and apartment buildings, and small – for single-family houses or small buildings.
Comfort, compactness and economy – main advantages of ITP. Significant savings in the operation of ITP become possible by optimizing the consumption of thermal energy. Thermal calculations can be carried out even at the design level. Further savings will depend on how well these calculations were carried out.
ITPs provide facilities with ventilation, heat supply and hot water. For the ITP system to work, it is enough just to conduct electricity for the circulation pumps, as well as connect the coolant and tap water.
Modular or block TS
BTP is a fully finished factory product that allows you to connect newly built or reconstructed facilities to heating networks in the shortest possible time.
The design of an automated BTP and its installation are carried out on the basis of foreign and domestic microcontrollers, as well as certified technical means.
