Design and installation of heating points

The thermal point (TP) is an automated modular installation that serves to transfer thermal energy from external heating networks to internal systems, such as ventilation, heating, or water supply in premises, both residential and industrial.

The thermal point consists of a comprehensive set of equipment, which includes complex automation schemes, pumps, thermal regulating apparatus, and other elements. Given this, the works related to the installation of TP should be carried out only by highly qualified specialists. Types of thermal points

Thermal points are divided into:

  • central (CTP)
  • individual (ITP)
  • modular or block (BTP)

Central thermal points (CTP)

CTP provides heat for two or more buildings, supplying heat during the heating season and cold and hot water throughout the year.

These points are usually implemented in a modular design, which minimizes the amount of work during installation. This mainly includes connecting to existing networks and carrying out commissioning works.

The CTP consists of: control and automation devices, water supply and thermal nodes, heating, fire-fighting, and circulation pumps, as well as various heat exchangers (multi-pass, sectional, plate, etc.).

Individual thermal points (ITP)

ITP can be large, designed to service large buildings or apartment buildings, and small, intended for single-family homes and small structures.

The main advantages of ITP are comfort, compactness, and savings. Significant savings can be achieved through the optimization of thermal energy costs. Thermal calculations are carried out at the design stage, and further savings depend on the quality of these calculations.

ITP provides ventilation, heating, and hot water to the facilities. To launch the ITP system, it is necessary to connect electricity to the circulation pumps, as well as to supply the heat carrier and potable water.

Modular and block thermal points (BTP)

BTP are finished factory products that allow the connection of new or reconstructed facilities to heating networks in the shortest possible time.

The design and installation of the automated BTP are carried out based on domestic and foreign microcontrollers, as well as certified technical means.
