For the effective operation of the frequency converter, it is important to perform preliminary settings according to the instructions provided with the initial parameterization, as well as to ensure that the parameters are aligned with the characteristics of the motors.

Required parameters

Additionally, the following parameters should be set:

Configuring PI controller coefficients

  1. Set 7-34 = 9999, 7-33 = 0.3. Gradually increase the value of 7-33 until the appearance of auto oscillations.
  2. Reduce the value of 7-33 by 40% and lock it.
  3. When the value of 7-33 is found, set 7-34 = 20 and decrease it until the appearance of oscillations or significant overshoot.
  4. Increase the value of 7-34 by 25% and lock it.
